The French Openis a major tennis tournament held over two weeks between late May and early June France. It is the premier clay court tennis tournament in the world, clay courts slow down the ball and it is considered one of the most difficult and demanding tournaments for tennis players. It’s the second Grand Slam tournament, with the Australian Open before it and the US Open and Wimbledon after. The Roland-Garros, as it is referred to in France, men’s singles are a five-set match without a tiebreak in the final.
